摘  要:在役储罐往往因罐底不均匀沉降导致罐壁产生较大变形,影响储罐的安全运行.为了研究沉降作用下罐壁的变形与罐底沉降的关系,采用有限元模拟方法,并基于实测沉降数据,研究了不同沉降加载比例、罐内储液高度对罐壁变形的影响.此外,探究了储罐加固措施位置对加固效果的影响.结果表明:罐底沉降向下位移时,罐壁向外侧位移,而罐底沉降向上位移时,罐壁向内侧位移,且罐底沉降位移曲线与罐壁位移曲线大致相同;随着罐内储液高度上升,罐壁位移减小,表明罐内储液高度的提升可以增强储罐抵抗不均匀沉降,降低对罐壁变形的影响;加强圈对储罐的加固作用取决于其在罐壁上的位置,与未加固措施的储罐相比,设置加强圈后储罐临界沉降比例系数LPFs增大,且LPFs在沉降罐罐壁发生屈曲破坏的位置时达到最大,对储罐的加固效果最佳.The uneven bottom settlement of in-service storage tanks often causes large deformation of tank walls,which affects the safe operation of storage tanks.In order to study the relationship between the deformation of the tank wall and the uneven settlement tank bottom,the finite element simulation method was used to study the influence of different settlement loading ratio and the height of the tank liquid storage on the deformation of tank wall,and the reinforcement effect of the reinforcement ring on tank wall based on the measured settlement value.The results show that when the bottom of settling tank is shifted downward,the wall of settling tank is shifted outwardly,and when the bottom of settling tank is shifted upward,the wall of settling tank is shifted inwardly,and the settling curve of tank bottom is roughly similar to that of tank wall.The displacement of tank wall decreases with the increase of liquid storage height,which proves that the increase of liquid storage height can improve the resistance of the tank to the deformation of tank wall.For the settling tank in service,the reinforcement effect of the reinforcing ring on the tank wall depends on the position of reinforcing ring on tank wall.Compared with the settling tank without reinforcing ring,the critical settlement proportion coefficient LPFs of the settling tank strengthened with reinforcing ring is increased,and the critical settlement proportion coefficient LPFs reaches its maximum when the reinforcing ring is arranged at the position where the wall of settling tank is buckling and failing.It has the best reinforcement effect on settling tank.
