摘 要:在沉管隧道纵向计算中,管节接头合理模拟是关键.基于沉管隧道管节接头各组件变形特性分析,建立接头力学模型,将钢端壳以及竖向剪切键锚固区中墙和侧墙组成的刚端头定义为刚臂,而接头GINA止水带与竖向剪切键间橡胶支座则离散为连接两侧刚性板的非线性弹簧,该接头模型可以较好反映相邻管节间竖向剪切与纵向弯曲情况下接头受力特点,将其与沉管隧道管节弹性地基梁模型结合,可分析沉管隧道不同施工阶段管节和接头的内力与变形.最后,以广州某沉管隧道为例,分析了实际荷载工况下沉管隧道纵向受力与变形情况.分析结果表明:隧道整体沉降呈U形分布,从岸上段往江中段沉降逐渐增大;接头最大张开量为0.39 mm,远小于GINA止水带水密性容许张开量;管节与岸上段连接接头受力和变形相比江中段较显著,设计施工时应重点关注;模型计算部分成果与实测结果进行了对比分析,验证了模型的合理性.The reasonable simulation of tube joint is the key to the longitudinal calculation of immersed tunnel.In this paper,the joint mechanical model is established based on the deformation analysis of each tube joint component.The rigid end head composed of the steel end shell and the middle wall and side wall of the vertical shear key anchoring area is defined as the rigid arm,and the rubber bearing between the GINA waterstop and the vertical shear key is discretized into a nonlinear spring connecting the rigid plates on both sides.For the adjacent tubes loaded vertical shear and longitudinal bending,the joint stress characteristics can be well described by the proposed model.The elastic foundation beam model is adopted for the immersed tunnel tube.The internal force and deformation of tube and joint on different construction stages of immersed tunnel can be predicted by the combination of the two models of joint and tube.Afterwards,the longitudinal stress and deformation of a immersed tunnel in Guangzhou under actual load are analyzed.The analysis results show that the overall settlement of the tunnel is U-shaped,and the settlement gradually increases from the shore section to the middle section of the river.The maximum opening of the joint is 0.39 mm,which is far less than the allowable opening of GINA water tightness.The stress and deformation of the joint between the pipe section and the shore section are more significant than those in the middle section of the river,so it should be paid more attention in the design and construction,the results of model calculation are compared with the measured results,and the rationality of the model is verified.
