摘  要:研究了不同掺量盾构泥等质量取代硅砂对加气混凝土发气时间、硬化时间、外观颜色、抗压强度和干表观密度的影响。结果表明:SiO2含量不低于45%的盾构泥可替代部分硅砂用于生产加气混凝土;一定掺量范围内,随着盾构泥掺量的增加,加气混凝土坯体的发气时间、硬化时间均变长,抗压强度降低;盾构泥的掺加会导致加气混凝土制品外观颜色变深;为确保加气混凝土制品的物理力学性能,需控制盾构泥的掺量。The effects of different contents of shield tunneling mud for equal mass silica sand on the aeration time,hardening time,appearance color,compressive strength,and dry apparent density of aerated concrete were studied.The results show that shield tunneling mud with a SiO2 content of no less than 45%can replace silica sand to produce the aerated concrete.Within a certain content range,as the content of shield tunneling mud increases,the aeration time and hardening time of the aerated concrete embryo become longer,and the compressive strength decreases.The addition of shield tunneling mud can cause the appearance color of aerated concrete products be darker.To ensure the physical and mechanical properties of aerated concrete products,it is necessary to control the content of shield tunneling mud.
