摘 要:研究了不同掺量(0、0.2%、0.4%、0.6%、0.8%)的柠檬酸对氯氧镁水泥(MOC)凝结时间、抗压强度、电阻率、体积稳定性和耐水性的影响,并通过XRD和SEM分析了其作用机理。结果表明:掺入柠檬酸会延长MOC的凝结时间和水化诱导期,延缓水化进程,降低抗压强度,但能有效改善MOC的体积稳定性和耐水性;掺入柠檬酸会使MOC水化产物5Mg(OH)2·MgCl2·8H2O(相5)的含量增加,晶体形态改变;空白组浸水28 d后,其内部生成了大量片状Mg(OH)2;掺柠檬酸的试件浸水28 d后,其内部疏松多孔的Mg(OH)2较少,大量絮状相5相互搭接,使MOC的内部结构更加致密,耐水性得到提升。The effects of different contents of citric acid(0,0.2%,0.4%,0.6%,0.8%)on the setting time,compressive strength,electrical resistivity,volume stability,and water resistance of magnesium oxychloride cement(MOC)were studied,and the mechanisms were analyzed by XRD and SEM.The results show that adding citric acid can prolong the setting time and hydration induction period of MOC,delay the hydration process,reduce compressive strength,but effectively improve volume stability and water resistance.The addition of citric acid increases the content of MOC hydration product 5Mg(OH)2·MgCl2·8H2O(phase 5)and changes its crystal morphology.After being immersed in water for 28 d,a large amount of flaky Mg(OH)2 is generated inside the blank group.After being immersed in water for 28 d,the specimens mixed with citric acid show less loose and porous Mg(OH)2 inside,and a large amount of flocculent phase 5 overlaps with each other,making the internal structure of MOC more dense and improving its water resistance.
