摘　　要：在全面落实乡村振兴战略的时代背景下,高校毕业生是实现乡村振兴的重要力量,各级政府应积极响应党和国家号召,制定各类政策,加大高素质农民的培育工作,鼓励和引导大学生返乡下乡创业就业。研究乡村振兴战略背景下高校毕业生返乡下乡创业就业,对缓解当前大学生就业难、树立大学生正确价值观,培养大学生融入社会的信心和能力,使大学生成为新时代乡村全面振兴的主力军,具有鲜明的导向性和实用性。In the context of the full implementation of the rural revitalization strategy,college graduates are an important force in the realization of rural revitalization,and governments at all levels respond positively to the call of the Party and the state and formulate various policies to increase the training of high-quality farmers and encourage and guide college students to return to the countryside to start businesses and find employment.The paper studies the current situation of college graduates’going back to the countryside to start their own businesses and find employment under the background of rural revitalization strategy,which can help to alleviate the current employment difficulties of college students,foster their values,and cultivate their confidence and ability to integrate into the society.The study is helpful to make college students the main force in the overall revitalization of rural areas in the new era and it is of guidance and practicality.
