摘　　要：罗尔斯认为健康作为社会基本善的衍生解释,通过纠正社会基本善的不平等纠正健康不平等。健康的道德意义在于维护公民有平等的机会成为社会合作的成员。罗尔斯主张在正义原则的应用中纠正健康不平等,通过社会正义实现健康正义。Rawls believes that health,as a derivative explanation of social basic goodness,corrects health inequality by correcting the inequality of social basic goodness.The moral significance of health lies in maintaining equal opportunities for citizens to become members of social cooperation.Rawls advocates correcting health inequality in the application of justice principles and achieving health justice through social justice.
