摘 要:以离子土壤固化剂(ISS)和水泥固化处理淤泥为研究对象,通过Atterberg极限、含水率、pH值、无侧限压缩试验(UCT)与直剪试验(DST)等方法,研究离子土壤固化剂与硅酸盐水泥复合条件下对海洋淤泥的稳定效果。结果表明,最佳配比ISS∶水为1∶50,NaOH的加入进一步显著降低了固化土的含水量致使强度大幅提高;ISS-NaOH-水泥固化土样加固效果最佳,该稳定剂组合使用不仅可以节省水泥用量,还可加快固化速度,缩短水泥7 d内的凝结时间,达到固化要求,并提高了固化土的强度。Ionic soil stabilizer(ISS)and cement curing sludge were studied.The effect of the combination of ionic soil stabilizer(ISS)and Portland cement on the stability of marine silt was studied by Atterberg limit,moisture content,pH value,unconfined compression test(UCT)and direct shear test(DST).The results show that the optimal ratio of ISS∶water ratio is 1∶50,and the addition of NaOH further significantly reduces the water content of the solidified soil,resulting in a great increase in strength.ISS-NaOH-Cement solidified soil sample has the best reinforcement effect.The combination of the stabilizer can not only save the amount of cement,but also speed up the curing speed,shorten the setting time of cement within 7 days,meet the curing requirements,and improve the strength of solidified soil.
