摘 要:受场地限制及线路空间限制,轨道交通线形变化较大,如纵坡及横坡可能会频繁出现直线、平曲线、缓和曲线等多种线形。这些客观存在的实际情况对装配式桥梁节段制造精度、施工效率都提出了更高要求。本文提出一种适用于多种线形节段梁预制系统,并通过基于三维重建的快速测量技术实现模板快速定位。在测量精度要求较高和测量距离较远时,该测量方法暂时不能满足要求,但在工程现场常见的中短距离测量中优势明显。相较于全站仪,该方法能够节省50%以上测量时间、降低80%测量成本,能够单次测量多个点位,不需要多人操作;相较于激光扫描仪,该方法所需设备成本仅为激光扫描仪的3%;相较于卷尺,该方法能够完成三维空间测量和多点测量,同时操作也更加方便。Due to site restrictions and line space limitations,there are great changes in the alignment of rail transit lines,such as frequent occurrences of straight lines,flat curves,and moderate curves on the longitudinal slope and transverse slope.These objective actual conditions put forward higher requirements for fabricated bridge segment manufacturing accuracy and construction efficiency.In this paper,a prefabrication system for various linear segmental beams is proposed,and the template is positioned quickly by using a rapid measurement technique based on 3D reconstruction.When the measurement accuracy is high and the measurement distance is far,this measurement method can not meet the requirements temporarily,but it has obvious advantages in the common short and medium distance measurement in the engineering site.Compared with the total station,the method can save more than 50%of the measurement time,reduce the measurement cost by 80%,and can measure multiple points in a single time without requiring multiple people to operate.Compared with the laser scanner,the equipment cost of this method is only 3%of the laser scanner;compared with the tape measure,this method can complete the three-dimensional space measurement and multi-point measurement,and the operation is more convenient.
