摘 要:我国高速铁路运营里程和规模位居世界首位,正向更高速度迈进。为适应新时期高速铁路运营需求,提升隧道服务品质,保障人民通行安全,针对隧道套衬全工况施工依靠人工零散操作,导致安全风险大、衬砌质量不一、经济成本高的问题,开展隧道提质改造实践意义重大。本文依托贵广铁路隧道提质改造工程,结合套衬全流程施工工序特点,研制出一种机械化、模块化且灵活度高的隧道套衬施工装备,并通过开展场内和洞内试验,验证了装备的合理性、实用性,解决了隧道套衬全工况机械化施工的难题,为今后隧道维护和运营提速奠定了装备基础。China ranks first in terms of high-speed railway operating mileage and scale globally,and is moving towards even higher speeds.In order to meet the operational needs of high-speed railways in the new era,enhance tunnel service quality,and ensure the safety of people′s passage,it is significance to address the issues of reliance on manual and scattered operations for tunnel lining construction,which causes significant safety risks,inconsistent lining quality,and high economic costs.This paper relies on the Guiguang railway tunnel quality improvement project,combines the characteristics of the whole process of tunnel lining construction,and develops a complete set of mechanized,modular,and highly flexible tunnel lining construction equipment.Through field and tunnel tests,the rationality and practicability of the equipment have been verified.It has solved the challenges of mechanized construction for tunnel lining under various conditions and laid the equipment foundation for future tunnel maintenance and operation acceleration.
