摘 要:乌鲁木齐东环铁路联络线沿线地形陡峻、地势高差大,工程地质条件复杂,确定合理的限制坡度可以为制定线路方案、优化项目投资方案提供保障。结合乌鲁木齐东环铁路联络线地形地貌、经济运量、开行方案、机车牵引质量、制动性能、工程投资、运营费和机车购置费等方面进行综合分析,通过方案比选确定最优限制坡度方案。从工程设置及投资方面进行分析,13‰坡度方案具有正线长度最短、工程投资最省、运营成本最低的明显优势,推荐13‰限制坡度方案。Along the link line of Urumqi East Ring Railway,the terrain is steep,the elevation difference is large,and the engineering geological conditions are complicated.Determining reasonable slope restrictions can provide guarantees for formulating route plans and optimizing project investment plans.A comprehensive analysis is conducted based on the terrain,economic volume,operation plan,locomotive traction quality,braking performance,engineering investment,operating cost and locomotive purchase cost of Urumqi East Ring Railway link line,and the recommended slope limitation scheme is determined through scheme comparison.From the perspective of engineering conditions and investment,the 13‰slope scheme has the obvious advantages of the shortest main line length,the least project investment and the lowest operating cost,and the study recommends the 13‰slope limitation scheme.
