摘  要:高频固液核磁共振波谱仪是大型高端精密仪器,具有高灵敏性、高分辨率等优点,应用广泛,操作维护较复杂,是化学家结构解析和研究相互作用最常用的重要工具。本文以Bruker Ascend 700 MHz核磁共振谱仪为例,着重从磁体、超低温平台、固液探头切换及辅助设备等方面总结高频固液核磁共振波谱仪的维护经验,切实保障仪器长期稳定运行,使其更好地为教学科研服务。High frequency solid-liquid nuclear magnetic resonance spectrometer is a large high-end precision instrument with high sensitivity,high resolution and other advantages.It is widely used and complex to operate and maintain.It is the most commonly used important tool for chemists to analyze structures and study interactions.Taking Bruker Ascend 700 MHz Nuclear Magnetic Resonance spectrometer as an example,this paper summarizes the maintenance experience of high frequency solid-liquid Nuclear Magnetic Resonance spectrometer from the aspects of magnet,ultra-low temperature platform,solid-liquid probe switching and auxiliary equipment,etc.,to ensure the long-term stable operation of the instrument,which will be better for teaching and research services.
