摘　　要：智能网联与新能源汽车实验室是汽车行业“智能化、电动化、网联化和共享化”发展和转型升级的必然趋势,作为对变革进程影响最大的高等教育也面临新技术、新产业、新业态和新模式的重大挑战。通过对新工科教育理念和汽车行业人才新需求的分析,本文阐明了在新工科背景下,面向国家汽车强国战略新需求建设智能网联与新能源汽车实验室的必要性与迫切性,探讨了智能网联与新能源汽车实验室建设、管理与产教融合等,探索技术创新、成果转化、人才培养、学术交流、社会影响、推广应用等方面的经验,对其他专业的创新型应用型实验室建设具有一定的借鉴和参考意义。Intelligent networking and new energy vehicle laboratories are an inevitable trend in the development and transformation of the automotive industry towards electrification,intelligence,networking,and sharing.As the higher education that has the greatest impact on the transformation process,it also faces significant challenges from new technologies,industries,formats,and models.Through the analysis of the new engineering education concept and the new demand for talents in the automotive industry,the necessity and urgency of building intelligent networking and new energy vehicle laboratories in response to the new needs of the national automobile power strategy in the context of new engineering are clarified.The construction,management,and integration of intelligent networking and new energy vehicle laboratories are discussed,and technological innovation,achievement transformation,talent cultivation,academic exchange,and social impact are explored.The experience in promoting applications and other aspects has certain reference and significance for the construction of innovative applied laboratories in other majors.
