摘　　要：工程造价管理作为建设过程中的重要环节,管理水平的高低将直接影响工程的进度、成本、质量等,为了有效控制项目成本,需要对工程项目实施全过程造价管理。文章从全过程造价管理工作中存在的问题出发,结合行业发展趋势,提出将建筑信息模型技术引入全过程造价管理工作中,加强综合型造价管理人才培养,并分析了建筑信息模型在全过程各阶段的应用,以期为提高企业的造价管理水平提供参考依据。Engineering cost management,as an important link in the construction process,the level of management will directly affect the progress of the project,cost,quality,etc.In order to effectively control project costs,it is necessary to implement whote process cost management for engineering projects.Starting from the problems existing in the while process cost management work and combining with industry development trends,the article proposes to introduce BIM(Building Information Modeling)technology into the while process cost management work,strengthen the cultivation of comprehensive cost management talents,and analyze the application of BIM in various stages of the entire process,in order to provide reference basis for improving the cost management level of enterprises.
