摘  要:文章建立了用硝酸溶解样品,电感耦合等离子体发射光谱法连续测定粗铜中铁铅锌等的方法。通过实验,对仪器条件和共存离子的干扰情况进行了考察。在选定实验条件下,铁、铅、锌、砷、铋、镍、锑的线性范围为0~10 mg/L,工作曲线线性关系良好;实际样品分析的回收率为93.7%~103.2%;实际样品分析的精密度相对标准差(relative standard deviation,RSD)<9.2%。该方法操作简单,准确度和精密度均能满足粗铜中杂质元素的分析要求。The article establishes a method for the continuous determination of iron,lead,and zinc in crude copper by inductively coupled plasma emission spectroscopy after dissolving the sample with nitric acid.Through experiments,the instrument conditions and the interference of coexisting ions were investigated.Under the selected experimental conditions,the linear range of iron,lead,zinc,arsenic,bismuth,nickel,and antimony is 0~10mg/L,and the working curve has a good linear relationship;the recovery rate of actual sample analysis is 93.7%~103.2%.The relative standard deviation(RSD)of precision in actual sample analysis is less than 9.2%.This method is simple to operate,efficient,and can meet the analysis requirements of impurity elements in crude copper with both accuracy and precision.
