摘　　要：申报出版科研项目、开展出版科研活动,对促进出版行业良性发展及提升科技期刊编辑个人综合能力有重要的现实意义。但是,实际工作中存在科技期刊编辑申报出版科研项目可及性低、经验不足、意识不强等问题。为此,文章提出拓宽申报出版科研项目的信息发布渠道,增设或增加出版科研项目自筹类课题,多渠道邀约出版科研项目评审专家、优秀研究者进行项目申报指导等工作建议。Applying for publishing scientific research projects and conducting publishing scientific research activities have important practical significance in promoting the healthy development of the publishing industry and enhancing the comprehensive abilities of editors of scientific and technological journals.However,in practical work,there are problems such as low accessibility,lack of experience,and weak awareness in the application and publication of scientific research projects by science and technology journal editors.Therefore,the article proposes to broaden the information dissemination channels for applying for publishing scientific research projects,add or increase self-funded research topics for publishing scientific research projects,and invite publishing scientific research project evaluation experts and excellent researchers from multiple channels for project application guidance.
