摘  要:文章利用钛酸酯改性纳米碳酸钙(nano-CaCO_(3)),将改性nano-CaCO_(3)与聚氯乙烯(PVC)混合,制备了PVC/nano-CaCO_(3)复合材料,探究改性nano-CaCO_(3)掺量对PVC/改性nano-CaCO_(3)复合材料的力学性能和耐热性能的影响。结果表明:钛酸酯成功接枝到nano-CaCO_(3)表面。改性nano-CaCO_(3)掺量不超过10%时,其在复合材料中具有良好的分散性。随着改性nano-CaCO_(3)掺量的增加,PVC/改性nano-CaCO_(3)复合材料的拉伸性能和冲击强度先提高后降低。当改性nano-CaCO_(3)掺量为10%时,PVC/改性nano-CaCO_(3)复合材料的力学性能最好,拉伸强度、断裂伸长率和冲击强度分别是PVC的1.74倍、1.75倍和2.12倍;复合材料的初始热降解温度提高了80℃,残余质量提高了25.7%。Using titanium ester-modified nano-calcium carbonate(nano-CaCO_(3)),PVC/modified nano-CaCO_(3) composites were prepared by blending modified nano-CaCO_(3) with polyvinyl chloride(PVC).The study aimed to investigate the influence of the modified nano-CaCO_(3) content on the mechanical properties and thermal properties of the PVC/nano-CaCO_(3) composites.The results show that titanium ester is successfully grafted onto the surface of nano-CaCO_(3).When the content of modified nano-CaCO_(3) does not exceed 10%,it exhibits good dispersion in the composites.With an increase of the content of modified nano-CaCO_(3),the tensile properties and impact strength of PVC/modified nano-CaCO_(3) composites initially increase and then decrease.At a modified nano-CaCO_(3) content of 10%,the PVC/modified nanoCaCO_(3) composite exhibits the best mechanical properties,with the tensile strength,elongation at break,and impact strength being 1.74 times,1.75 times,and 2.12 times those of PVC,respectively.The initial thermal degradation temperature of the composite is increased by 80 ℃,and the residual mass is increased by 25.7%.
