摘　　要：开展医院物流管理治理工作,探索新型医院物流管理模式,是实现公立医院高质量发展战略的一项重要内容。本文根据ECRS理论的取消、合并、重排和简化原则,对医用耗材物流管理业务流程进行优化和再造,并结合现代信息化技术手段对医用耗材系统进行优化,从而建立一套科学高效的物流管理模式。该模式实现了从准入、需求、采购、供应、存储到使用的全过程溯源管理,解决了物流管理复杂度增加、工作量增大和效率降低的问题,提高了医用耗材供应服务效率,有效控制了耗材成本,实现了提质增效。Carrying out hospital logistics management governance and exploring new hospital logistics management models is an important part of realizing the high-quality development strategy of public hospitals.According to the principles of cancellation,merger,rearrangement,and simplification of ECRS theory,this paper optimizes and reengineers the logistics management business process of medical consumables,and optimizes the medical consumables system by combining modern information technology to establish a scientific and efficient logistics management mode.Realize the traceability management of the whole process from access,demand,procurement,supply,storage to use,solve the contradiction problems of increasing complexity of logistics management,increasing workload and decreasing efficiency,improve the efficiency of medical consumables supply services,effectively control the cost of consumables,and achieve quality and efficiency improvement and legal compliance.
