基于文献计量分析的我国突发公共卫生事件应急治理研究现状

摘　　要：目的:根据突发公共卫生事件应急治理领域的文献数据进行可视化分析,讨论该领域的研究特征和发展趋势。方法:运用可视化分析软件CiteSpace对中国知网、万方数据库2003-2023年突发公共卫生事件应急治理领域研究的1 520篇文献进行可视化分析,包括发文趋势、关键词共现及关键词聚类分析等。结果:该领域自2003年开始研究,年发文量至2021年达到顶峰后开始逐年下降,应急管理、公共卫生、疫情防控等关键词出现频次最高,突变词包括治理能力和地方政府。结论:在突发公共卫生事件应急治理领域方面的发文数量随着社会对突发公共卫生事件关注度的增加而增加;根据突变词、关键词共现和聚类分析,研究内容、研究对象逐渐转向微观,未来研究将聚焦于完善公共卫生应急治理体系、基层及地方政府、疾病预防控制中心等方面,对突发公共卫生事件的应对研究具有重要的理论价值。Objective:To conduct visual analysis based on literature data in the field of emergency management of sudden public health events,and discuss the research characteristics and development trends in this field.Methods:The visual analysis software CiteSpace was used to perform visual analysis on 1520 documents on the field of emergency management of public health emergencies from 2003 to 2023 in China National Knowledge Infrastructure and Wanfang Database,including publication trends,keyword co-occurrence,and keyword clustering.Results:The research in this field has been ongoing since 2003,and the annual publication volume has been decreasing year by year since reaching its peak in 2021.Keywords such as emergency management,public health,and epidemic prevention and control have the highest frequency of occurrence,with mutated words including governance capabilities and local governments.Conclusion:According to the trend analysis of publications,the number of publications in the field of emergency management of public health emergencies in China increases with the increasing attention of society to public health emergencies;According to the co-occurrence and clustering analysis of mutated words and keywords,the research content and research objects are gradually becoming micro.Future research will focus on improving the public health emergency governance system,grassroots and local governments,disease prevention and control centers,and other aspects.It has important theoretical value for the response research of public health emergencies.
