摘  要:相较于按项目付费,DRG付费改革对医院产生重大影响。为此,样本医院主动求变,进行绩效改革,加强成本管控,建立协同机制,定期进行宣教,构建信息平台,引导合理诊疗,加强事前审核,保证合理入组,促进了医院精细化管理和高质量发展。因此,DRG改革下,医院要以保证医疗质量为前提,加强管理MDT建设,调动临床医务人员的积极性,做好精细化管理,并以此促进医院结构转型,引领医院向高效节约型医院发展。Compared to Fee-for-Service payment,the DRG reform has exerted a significant impact on hospitals.To this end,the sample hospital actively performed several changes,such as carrying out performance reforms,increasing efforts to control the costs,establishing collaborative mechanisms,conducting regular education,building information platforms,guiding the patients to have a reasonable diagnosis and treatment,enhanced the implementation of audit,to ensure that the patients can be enrolled reasonably,those measures facilitated the refined management and high-quality development of the hospital.Therefore,in the context of DRG reform,hospitals should based on the premise of ensuring medical quality,strengthening the management of MDT construction,carrying out performance reforms,mobilizing the enthusiasm of clinical medical personnel,doing a good jobs in fine management,and based on this,promote the transformation of hospital structure,leading hospitals to develop into efficient and thrifty hospitals.
