供需匹配视角下我国医疗资源耦合协调关系研究

摘　　要：目的:探讨医疗资源供给和医疗服务利用之间的耦合协调关系,为医疗资源合理配置提供有益参考。方法:以2017-2021年东中西部地区医疗资源供给和利用相关数据为基础,采用熵权法和耦合协调度模型,从供需匹配视角分析医疗资源供需耦合协调关系。结果:2017-2021年医疗资源供需总体耦合协调等级从初级协调升至中级协调,协调类型均为需求滞后型;东部地区2017-2021年医疗资源供需耦合协调度较中部和西部地区最高,协调类型均为供给滞后型;中部地区2017-2021年医疗资源供需耦合协调度较其他两个地区最低。结论:总体医疗资源供给得到明显提升,医疗资源配置耦合协调度稳步上升,但东中西部地区医疗资源配置存在较大差距。应从医疗资源供给端和需求端共同发力,构建医疗服务供需精准对接机制,探索医疗服务供需渐进决策路径。Objective:To explore the coupled and coordinated relationship between the supply of medical resources and the utilization of medical services,and to provide a useful reference for the rational allocation of medical resources.Methods:Based on the data related to the supply and utilization of medical resources in the east,central,and west regions from 2017 to 2021,the entropy weight method and the coupling coordination degree model are used to analyze the coupling coordination relationship between the supply and demand of medical resources from the perspective of supply-demand matching.Results:From 2017 to 2021,the overall coupling coordination level of medical resource supply and demand in China increased from primary coordination to intermediate coordination,with all coordination types being demand lagged.The coordination degree of the supply and demand coupling of medical resources in the eastern region from 2017 to 2021 is the highest compared to the central and western regions,and the coordination type is the supply lag type.The coordination degree of the supply and demand coupling of medical resources in the central region from 2017 to 2021 is the lowest compared to the other two regions.Conclusion:The overall supply of medical resources in China has significantly improved,and the coupling and coordination degree of medical resource allocation has steadily increased.However,there is a significant gap in the allocation of medical resources in the eastern,central,and western regions.We should work together on the supply and demand sides of medical resources,establish a precise docking mechanism between medical service supply and demand,and explore the path of gradual decision-making for medical service supply and demand.
