摘 要:以高压圆盘气体轴承平行间隙中一维可压缩理想流动分析结果为基础,在考虑平行圆盘间隙内面积变化、壁面摩擦和热量输入时,通过理论推导及程序编制,利用数值计算方法得到了平行气膜区气膜对称线上一维模型的马赫数、静温和静压的分布规律。结果表明:对于一维模型而言,气膜对称线上的马赫数始终呈现下降的趋势,静温始终呈现上升的趋势,静压呈现先上升再缓慢下降的趋势;在整个平行气膜间隙中,热量的输入会导致马赫数下降的速率减缓,当热流密度不大时,马赫数受热量输入的影响很小,而热流密度较大时,热量输入对马赫数有较明显的影响;静温受热量输入的影响很大,且热流密度越大,温度上升的越明显,静压受热量输入的影响很小。Based on the analysis results of one-dimensional compressible ideal flow in parallel clearance of highpressure circular aerostatic bearing,the distribution laws of Mach number,static temperature and static pressure of one-dimensional model on the symmetry line of gas film in parallel air film area are obtained by theoretical deduction and programming using numerical calculation method,in which the area variation,wall friction and heat input in parallel disc clearance are considered.The results show that for the one-dimensional model,the Mach number on the symmetry line of the gas film always shows a decreasing trend,the static temperature always shows an increasing trend,and the static pressure shows a rising trend first and then a slowly decreasing trend.In the whole parallel film clearance,the heat input will lead to a reduction of the Mach number decline rate.In the condition of modest heat flux,Mach number is slightly affected by heat flux.However,it shows comparatively evident effect on Mach number in the condition of higher heat flux.The static temperature is greatly affected by the heat input,and the higher the heat flux,the more obvious the temperature rise.At the same time,the static pressure is little affected by the heat input.
