摘 要:针对压缩空气储能系统传热性能和压缩/膨胀效率低的问题,提出了一种多管阵列近等温压缩空气储能方法,设计了液体活塞结构与管式换热结构耦合的多管阵列压缩/膨胀机,液体活塞结构实现高压密封,管式换热结构增加换热面积以提高换热量,采用隔膜式结构实现气-液隔离避免空气的溶解,采用水箱储存压缩热并在空气膨胀时释放。建立了系统热力学模型和传热学模型,分析了多管束参数对空气压力、温度和压缩功的影响,使空气从0.8 MPa增压至5 MPa,采用1000根管、压缩时间60 s时,可实现空气压缩效率达到70%。为高压和高效的近等温压缩空气储能提供了一种新的方式。Aiming at the obstacle of the low heat transfer performance and compression/expansion efficiency of compressed air energy storage system,a multi tube array nearly isothermal compressed air energy storage method is proposed.A multi tube array compression/expansion machine that couples a liquid piston structure with a tube type heat exchange structure is designed.The liquid piston structure achieves high-pressure sealing,the tube type heat exchange structure increases the heat exchange area to improve heat exchange,and a diaphragm type structure is used to achieve gas-liquid isolation to avoid air dissolution.A water tank is used to store compressed heat and release it during air expansion.A system thermodynamic model and a heat transfer model were established to analyze the effects of multiple tube array parameters on air pressure,temperature,and compression work.The air was pressurized from 0.8 MPa to 5 MPa,and when 1000 tubes were used and the compression time was 60 seconds,the air compression efficiency could reach 70%.A new approach is provided to achieve high efficiency and high pressure compressed air energy storage.
