摘 要:基于航天器热控系统对微型迷宫螺旋泵小流量高扬程的需求,开展了对微型迷宫螺旋泵结构参数的优化设计,以流道的螺旋升角、螺纹头数及动力界面夹角为研究对象,以扬程为优化目标,采用数值计算和试验相结合的方法,开展响应面分析及多参数优化,获得了扬程最优的结构参数组合,通过试验验证了优化结果的有效性,优化后的微型迷宫螺旋泵最大扬程提高了65.4%,该分析为微型迷宫螺旋泵的性能提升提供了技术支撑。Based on the requirements of the spacecraft thermal control system for the small flow and high head of the micro labyrinth spiral pump,the optimization design of the structure parameters of the miniature labyrinth spiral pump was carried out.The spiral lift Angle,the number of threads and the dynamic interface angle of the flow channel were taken as the research objects,and the head was taken as the optimization objective.The response surface analysis and multi-parameter optimization were carried out by combining numerical calculation and experiment.The optimal structural parameter combination is obtained,and the effectiveness of the optimization results is verified by experiments.The maximum head of the optimized micro labyrinth spiral pump is increased by 65.4%.The analysis provides technical support for the performance improvement of the micro labyrinth spiral pump.
