防波板连杆机构启闭过程动态优化设计

摘  要:随着潜航器功能的复杂化,其内部可用空间高度紧张,可携带的能源受到极大的限制。为减少潜航器防波板启闭机构能源消耗及空间尺寸,针对防波板启闭机构开展了受力状态分析,基于Fluent仿真分析了防波板开启过程中所受的水动力,得到防波板水动力-开度函数,由此搭建了防波板启闭机构ADAMS动力学模型,基于控制变量法分析了不同结构参数条件下,防波板启闭全过程所需驱动力矩的变化规律,得出了使得防波板启闭全过程驱动力矩较小的结构参数。结果表明:采用优化结构参数后,其最大驱动力矩减小为8.812 kN·m,较现有结构最大驱动力矩(17.934 kN·m)减少了50.86%,优化效果较为显著。工作综合考虑了防波板启闭全过程中的动态受力情况,并优化得出了防波板启闭全过程驱动力矩均较小的结构参数,该方法对同类结构的全过程动态设计有借鉴意义。With the complexity of the functions of submersibles,the available space inside is highly limited,and the energy that can be carried is greatly limited.In order to reduce the energy consumption and space size of the opening and closing mechanism of the submersible anti-wave board,the stress state analysis was carried out for the opening and closing mechanism of the anti-wave board.The ADAMS dynamic model of the opening and closing mechanism of the anti-wave board was established by combining the hydrodynamic-opening function of the anti-wave board,and the variation law of the driving torque required for the whole process of the opening and closing of the anti-wave board was analyzed under the conditions of different structural parameters.According to the control variable method,the structural parameters that make the driving torque smaller in the whole process of opening and closing of the anti-wave board are obtained.The results show that:after adopting the optimized structure parameters,the maximum driving torque is reduced to 8.812 kN·m,which is 50.86%lower than the maximum driving torque of the existing structure(17.934 kN·m),and the optimization effect is more significant.The work of this paper comprehensively considers the dynamic force in the whole process of opening and closing of the antiwave board,and optimizes the structural parameters with small driving torque in the whole process of opening andclosing of the anti-wave board. This method is suitable for the whole process dynamic design of similar structuresInstructive.
