摘  要:针对装甲车辆传动箱油液中磨损颗粒收集滞后,数据维数高,设备磨损权重难以确定问题。使用安装在传动箱上的在线油液磨粒传感器采集数据,建立变速箱磨损状态的7个评价指标。采用罚函数法构建投影指标模型(PPC),降低数据维数。为了避免初始值和初始搜索方向引起的局部收敛,采用改进加速遗传算法(RAGA)求解最佳投影方向。得到最佳投影方向后将7个指标投影到低维数据空间,分析投影边界值得到运行投影范围。通过分析在线数据投影值落点,得到设备的磨损状态。该方法提高了寻优速度和判别精度,实现了更有效的传动箱磨损状态评估。In view of the lag in the collection of wear particles in the oil of the armored vehicle transmission case,the data di⁃mension is high and the weight of equipment wear is difficult to determine.The online oil wear particle sensor installed on the trans⁃mission case is used to collect data,and 7 evaluation indicators of the transmission case wear state are established.The penalty func⁃tion method is used to construct the projection index model to reduce the data dimension.In order to avoid the local convergence caused by the initial value and initial search direction,an improved accelerated genetic algorithm is used to solve the optimal projec⁃tion direction.After the best projection direction is obtained,7 indicators can be projected to the low-dimensional data space,and the operation projection range can be obtained by analyzing the projection boundary value.By analyzing the drop point of the online data projection value,the wear status of the equipment can be obtained.This method improves the optimization speed and discrimi⁃nation accuracy,and realizes a more effective transmission case wear status assessment.
