摘 要:为有效缩短海上风电故障停机时间,提升发电效率,减少设备维护,需加强海上风电设备过程质量管控。本文介绍了海上风力发电设备质量管控的方法,着重阐述了海上风电设备过程质量监造重点,并通过对某海上风电场设备监造过程典型质量问题进行分析,提出了问题处理及整改措施,为提高海上风电效益、改进设备质量控制、降低后期运维成本、减少安全事故提供了借鉴和参考。In order to effectively shorten the downtime of offshore wind power failures,improve power generation efficiency,and reduce equipment maintenance,it is necessary to strengthen the process quality control of offshore wind power equipment.This paper introduces the quality control methods of offshore wind power equipment,focusing on the key points of process quality supervision of offshore wind power equipment.By analyzing the typical quality problems in the process of equipment supervision of an offshore wind farm,the problem handling and rectification measures are proposed,which provides a reference for improving the efficiency of offshore wind power,strengthening equipment quality control,reducing the later operation and maintenance costs,and reducing the occurrence of safety accidents.
