摘　　要：本文介绍了铁路电气化改造电力电气化工程监理的角色以及现状和存在的问题,以集通铁路电气化改造电力电气化工程为例,提出实施标准化管理、引进高效的电气监理工具与设备,以及提升监理人员的专业能力的优化策略,阐述优化策略的实施步骤、效果评价方法的框架设计,以及评价指标的选择与设定。旨在研究铁路电气化改造电力电气化工程监理优化策略与效果,为铁路电力电气化工程监理的优化提供有力支持。This paper introduces the role,current situation and existing problems of supervision of electrification project of railway electrification transformation.Taking the electrification project of Jitong railway electrification transformation as an example,it puts forward optimization strategies for implementing standardized management,introducing efficient electrical supervision tools and equipment,and improving the professional ability of supervision personnel.The implementation steps of optimization strategy,the framework design of effect evaluation method,and the selection and setting of evaluation index are expounded.The aim is to study the supervision optimization strategy and effect analysis of electric power electrification project in railway electrification reform,and provide strong support for the supervision optimization of railway electric power electrification project.
