摘　　要：第三方检验是国际石油工程项目的重要环节,具有保证采购物资质量和满足业主要求的作用,传统检验方式为现场检验,检验效率低、成本高。本文全面阐述分析了远程检验的应用,旨在研究远程检验在国际石油工程采购中的可行性。通过在新冠疫情期间大量试验性应用,得出远程检验能有效提高物资的检验效率、降低检验成本,同时分析了远程检验的劣势,并提出了进一步推广应用的建议,为远程检验的应用提供参考。Third part inspection plays an important role in international petroleum engineering project,which can ensure the quality of purchased materials and meet the requirements of the owner.The traditional inspection method is in-person inspection,which has low inspection efficiency and high cost.This article comprehensively elaborates and analyzes the application of remote inspection,aiming to study the feasibility of remote inspection in international petroleum engineering procurement.Through a large number of pilot applications during the COVID-19,it is concluded that remote inspection can effectively improve the inspection efficiency of materials and reduce the inspection cost.At the same time,it analyzes the disadvantages of remote inspection,and puts forward suggestions for further promotion and application,providing reference for the application of remote inspection.
