摘 要:通过对不锈钢冷却水输送管采用系统的宏观分析、金相检查、材质分析、扫描电镜及水质分析等理化检验和分析方式,探明了其腐蚀穿孔的原因,结果表明,腐蚀穿孔是由管内壁向管外壁发展,泄漏根本原因为管内输送的流体含O、Cl^(-)、SO_(4)^(2-)且在不锈钢内壁焊瘤和错缝处聚集,使管内壁发生缝隙腐蚀和最终点蚀刺穿管壁。同时本文提出了相应的解决方案和预防措施。Through the macroscopic analysis,metallographic inspection,material analysis,scanning electron microscope and water quality analysis of 304 stainless steel cooling water transmission pipe,the cause of corrosion perforation was found.The results showed that the corrosion perforation developed from the inner wall of the pipe to the outer wall of the pipe,and the root cause of leakage was that the fluid transported in the pipe contained O,Cl^(-)and SO_(4)^(2-)and gathered at the weld joints and joints on the inner wall of the stainless steel,causing the inner wall of the tube to undergo crevice corrosion and eventually pitting to pierce the tube wall.At the same time,this article proposes corresponding solutions and preventive measures.
