摘  要:从退役锂离子电池中回收锂是解决锂资源短缺的重要途径之一。从退役锂离子电池产业链出发,分别研究退役三元正极材料和磷酸铁锂(LiFePO_(4))锂离子电池中定向循环回收制锂的技术进展,分析不同技术优缺点,并展望该工艺的发展趋势和前景。三元正极材料锂离子电池前端提锂工艺有助于提高锂回收率,磷酸铁锂锂离子电池湿法回收有较高的锂回收率。同时,提出构建高效低成本浸出体系、优化低温焙烧体系,构建全链条一体化定向循环低碳回收体系的设想。Recycling lithium from the spent Li-ion batteries is one of the important ways to solve the shortage of lithium.Based on the industrial chain of spent Li-ion batteries,the technological progress of recovery of lithium from ternary cathode material and lithium iron phosphate(LiFePO_4) Li-ion battery is studied,the advantages and disadvantages of different technical schemes are analyzed,the technical development trend is predicted:The process of lithium extraction from the front end of ternary cathode material Li-ion battery is helpful to improve the recovery rate of lithium,the hydrometallurgical recovery process of LiFePO_(4) Li-ion battery has a higher recovery rate.Meanwhile,it is proposed to build an efficient and low-cost leaching system,optimize the low temperature roasting system and build a whole-chain integrated directional cycle low-carbon recovery system.
