摘  要:基于制备简单、带隙可调谐及高吸收率的特点,钙钛矿薄膜太阳能电池逐渐成长为一种新兴的光伏技术,并引起了人们的极大兴趣。当前,钙钛矿薄膜太阳能电池的光电转换效率已经从最初的3.8%提高到26.1%,这在光伏领域内是一个重要的进步。然而,如何将钙钛矿薄膜太阳能电池进行实际应用仍然需要解决多方面的技术难题。本文中,我们研究了钙钛矿器件在商业化过程中遇到的困难,如材料和结构的稳定性、器件在高温和湿度条件下的稳定性、使用寿命和制造成本。同时,我们还讨论了诸如抗恶劣环境的性能稳定性、成本效益、大面积太阳能电池模块问题、材料成本分析、模块成本降低策略和环境问题,这些问题对推进钙钛矿薄膜太阳能光伏器件的商业化发展具有重要意义。Based on the simple preparation process,tuned band gap and high absorption,the perovskite thin film solar cell has gradually become a new photovoltaic technology,and attracted great interest.At present,the photoelectric conversion efficiency of perovskite thin film solar cells has increased from the initial 3.8%to 26.1%,which was an important progress in the photovoltaic field.However,the commercial application of perovskite thin film solar cells still needs to solve many technical problems.In this paper,we investigate the difficulties encountered in the commercialized perovskite devices,such as the stability of materials and structures,the stability of the devices under high temperature and humidity conditions,service life and manufacturing costs.At the same time,we also discuss issues such as performance stability,cost effectiveness,large area solar cell module problems,material cost analysis,module cost reduction strategies and environmental issues,which are significant for accelerating the commercialization of perovskite thin film photovoltaic devices.
