摘 要:碳排放权交易是推动节能降碳的有效手段,准确的碳排放数据是碳市场平稳运行的生命线。通过核算法计算碳排放量涉及参数多、流程长、时效性差,探索CO_(2)在线监测技术是对核算法的有效补充。我国已出台火电厂在线监测的行业标准并进行了试点实践,文章对碳排放核算政策与方法、CO_(2)在线监测系统进行了介绍,重点对CO_(2)在线监测设备在安装位置、烟气流量测定准确性、CO_(2)-CEMS监测数据可核查性等方面进行了分析。Carbon emissions trading market is an effective means to promote energy conservation and carbon reduction,and accurate carbon emission data is the lifeline for the smooth operation of the carbon market.Calculating carbon emissions through the accounting method has drawbacks such as multiple parameters,long process,and poor timeliness.Therefore,exploring CO_(2) emission monitoring technology is an effective supplement to the accounting method.China has introduced industry standards for CO_(2) emission monitoring of power plants and conducted pilot practices.This article introduces carbon emission accounting policies and methods,CO_(2) emission monitoring systems,and focuses on analyzing the installation location,accuracy of flue gas flow measurement,and verifiability of CO_(2)-CEMS monitoring data.
