摘 要:随着多机场协同化发展日渐加速,单独优化各机场的时刻可能加剧关键空域点的冲突。因此,协同优化各机场的航班时刻成为提升整个多机场系统运行效率的关键。本文首先引入机场公平性因子与调度因子,综合考虑航班唯一性、航班调整量限制、航班连续性约束和机场动态容量等约束,建立多目标的多机场航班时刻协同优化模型,兼顾航班总调整量最小化和机场间公平性最优。其次,通过NSGA-Ⅱ算法对完成多目标协同优化模型的求解。最后,选取长三角地区的四个机场构建多机场系统,以其实际航班数据进行算例分析,给出具体的优化方案,优化后各机场航班架次分布更加均衡,每小时的航班数均不超过其饱和容量,航班取消率为1.28%,总调整量为160刻,公平性为0.01276,验证了模型的有效性。As the multi-airport coordinated development is accelerating,optimizing the slots of each airport separately will easily aggravate the conflicts of key airspace points.Therefore,collaborative optimization of slots at all airports becomes the key to improving operational efficiency of the entire multi-airport system.This paper first introduces the measure of airport fairness,and in comprehensive consideration of flight uniqueness,flight adjustment limit,flight continuity constraints,airport dynamic capacity and other constraints,it establishes a multi-objective multi-airport slot coordinated optimization model,while taking into account the total adjustment of flights is minimized and the fairness among airports is optimized.Secondly,the NSGA-II algorithm is selected to solve the model.Finally,four airports in the Yangtze River Delta region are selected to build a multi-airport system.Based on analysis of actual fight data,a specific optimization scheme is given.After the optimization,the flight distribution of each airport is more balanced and the validity of the model is verified.
