集约型地下污水处理厂埋置深度及地基处理设计优化

摘  要:在城市逐步发展的过程中,城市用地也日渐紧张,传统分散式地面污水处理厂因其具有:用地较多,生产管理较为分散,周边环境影响较大等缺点,被其他形式的污水处理厂取代。其中全地下式污水处理厂和集约型地下污水处理厂(半地下)因用地较少、生产管理集中、环境影响小的特点,逐渐进入大家的视野。相比全地下污水处理厂的高投资,集约型地下污水处理厂(半地下)投资相对较低,优势也更为明显。在众多因素中,埋置深度及地基处理方式对总投资影响较大。本工程以厦门市某集约型地下污水厂埋置深度设计优化为例,分析了不同埋置深度下污水厂的工艺流程、结构变化及地基处理变化所造成的投资变化,通过计算不同标高下的工程费用请,形成不同埋置深度下的工程造价曲线表,从而寻找出最佳埋置深度。其研究经验对于同类及相关类型污水处理厂的造价优化具有借鉴的意义。In the process of urban development,urban land is becoming increasingly tense.Traditional decentralized ground sewage treatment plants have been replaced by other forms of sewage treatment plants because of their shortcomings,such as more land,more decentralized production management and greater impact on the surrounding environment.Among them,all-underground sewage treatment plants and intensive underground sewage treatment plants(semi-underground)have gradually entered everyone's field of vision because of the characteristics of less land use,centralized production management and litle environmental impact.Compared with the high investment of the whole underground sewage treatment plant,the intensive underground sewage treatment plant(semi-underground)has relatively low investment and more obvious advantages.Among many factors,the buried depth and foundation treatment mode have great influence on the total investment.In this project,taking the design optimization of buried depth of an intensive underground sewage plant in Xiamen as an example,the technological process,structural changes and investment changes caused by foundation treatment changes of the sewage plant under different buried depths are analyzed.By calculating the project cost at different elevations,the project cost curve table under different buried depths is formed,so as to find out the best buried depth.Its research experience has reference significance for the cost optimization of similar and related types of sewage treatment plants.
