摘  要:以四川某光伏异质结电池厂含氟废水处理为例,探讨在让光伏废水处理最终出水水质满足规范要求的情况下,如何从企业预处理及市政污水处理两方面优化设计,降低处理难度并达标排放。在厂内废水站处理阶段,采用石灰水+氯化钙结合的方式去除氟离子。在污水处理厂处理阶段,与园区生活污水合并处理,以预处理+一级除氟池+生化池+二沉池+二级除氟池+反硝化滤池池+臭氧接触氧化池+脱碳生物滤池为主体的三级生化处理工艺,最终出水水质达到排放标准。Based on a sample case study of a solar-based hybrid battery factory in Sichuan,this article explores how to optimize the design of both enterprise pretreatment and municipal wastewater treat-ment processes to reduce the difficulty of treatment and achieve discharge standards while ensuring the fi-nal effluent quality of solar-based wastewater treatment meets regulatory requirements.At the stage of processing wastewater at the in-plant wastewater treatment station,a combination of lime water and cal-cium chloride is used to remove fluoride ions.At the treatment stage of the sewage treatment plant,it is combined with the domestic sewage of the park for treatment.The three-stage biochemical treatment process consists of pre-treatment,primary fluoride removal tank,biochemical tank,secondary sedimen-tation tank,secondary fluoride removal tank,denitrification filter tank,ozone contact oxidation tank,and decarbonization biological filter.The final effluent quality meets the discharge standards.
