摘 要:采用絮凝强化连续流类颗粒污泥工艺对四川省某乡镇污水厂进行了生产性改造试验研究,基于侧流运行模式,探究了该工艺对乡镇污水厂进水浓度低、水质水量波动剧烈的耐受性能、适配运行参数以及实际处理效果。结果表明,通过复合絮凝剂的投加,污泥自聚集及颗粒化特征逐步显现,菌胶团的宏观粒径以及颗粒密度显著增大,当系统污泥浓度控制在7~8g/L时,污泥粒径可稳定维持在200μm,相较于传统絮状污泥,沉降性能得以大幅提高。当回流比为200%,溶解氧控制在1~2mg/L,采用5mg/LCPAM+60mg/LPAC的絮凝剂复配组合时,出水COD、NH-N、TN、TP平均浓度分别为25.84、0.55、9.01、0.11mg/L,满足《四川省岷江、沱江流域水污染物排放标准》(DB51/2311—2016)要求。The flocculation-enhanced continuous-flow granular sludge process was used to carry out a productive renovating test on a township sewage plant in Sichuan Province,based on the side-flow mode,the effect of the process on influent concentration and the fluctuation of water quality and quantity was explored.The results showed that through the addition of composite flocculant,the sludge self-ag-gregation and granulation characteristics gradually appeared,and the macroscopic particle size and parti-cle density of the bacterial micelles increased significantly.When the sludge concentration of the system was controlled at 7~8 g/L,the sludge particle size could be stably maintained at 200μm,and com-pared with traditional flocculent sludge,its settling performance could be greatly improved.Furthermore,in response to the low concentration and severe fluctuation of township sewage,through pilot scale test,when the reflux ratio was at 200%,dissolved oxygen was controlled at 1~2mg/L,and the composite flocculant of 5mg/L CPAM and 6Omg/L PAC was adapted,the effluent average concentrations of COD,NH,-N,TN and TP could be maitained at 25.84mg/L,0.55mg/L,9.01mg/L,and 0.11mg/L,re-spectively.The operation results showed that the effluent quality could stably reach the limit specified in Discharge Standard of Water Pollutants in Minjiang River and Tuojiang River Basin in Sichuan Province(DB 51/2311-2016).
