摘  要:针对某污水处理厂项目投资受限和不能新增用地的特点,尽量利用原构筑物进行改造,一期工程采用中置硝化一两端反硝化脱氮三级生物滤池工艺,二期工程采用氧化沟+高密度沉淀池+后置反硝化生物滤池工艺,全厂一、二期工程在深度处理阶段汇合处理。改造后的现状生物滤池和新建的中置硝化-后置反硝化生物滤池综合单元在雨季浓度情况下满足8.0×10^(4)m^(3)/d的处理规模;同时满足旱季高浓度进水水质时6×10^(4)m^(3)/d的处理能力。本项目改造后的单位生产总成本约2.26元/m^(3),单位经营成本约1.80元/m^(3);处理出水效果较好,出水COD<25mg/L,BOD,<6mg/L,NH_(3)-N<0.5mg/L,SS<6mg/L,TN<10mg/L,TP<0.2mg/L,稳定达到《四川省岷江、沱江流域水污染物排放标准》(DB51/2311—2016)。According to the characteristics of limited investment and no new land use of the project,the original structures shall be used for transformation as much as possible.Phase I project adopts three-stage biofilter with intermediate nitrification and denitrification at both ends process,phase II project a-dopts oxidation ditch+high-density sedimentation tank+post denitrification biofilter process,and phase I and phase II projects of the whole plant are treated together in the advanced treatment stage.The reconstructed primary biofilters and intermediate nitrification-post denitrification biofilter comprehensive units meet the treatment capacity of 80000 m^(3)/d in rainy season;at the same time,it can meet the treat-ment capacity of 60000 m^(3)/d when the water quality of high concentration influent in dry season.After the transformation of the project,the total unit production cost is about 2.26 yuan/m^(3)and the unit oper-ating cost is about 1.80 yuan/m^(3);The effluent treatment effect is good,and the effluent indexes reach COD<25 mg/L,BODs<6 mg/L,NH_(3)-N<0.5 mg/L,SS<6 mg/L,TN<10 mg/L,TP<0.2 mg/L,and reach the discharge standard of water pollutants for Minjiang and Tuojiang River Basins in Si-chuan Province(DB 51/2311—2016).
