摘 要:针对热泵-膜蒸馏过程中热量不平衡问题展开试验研究,采用两支减压膜蒸馏组件并入料液循环流路,使其分别发挥热量回收及排放富余热量的作用,实现热泵系统的热量平衡.通过试验测试,显示MD1200和MD200被认为是最佳双膜组合.采用该双膜组合进行连续8 h的含盐料液处理,结果显示,双膜组合可以获得稳定、连续的膜蒸馏运行效果,总产水量平均为1.9 L/h,系统比能耗最高310 W·h/kg产水,能耗性能优于无热量回收的膜蒸馏工艺,与已工业化的多效膜蒸馏工艺相当,有望成为可获得工业应用的低能耗膜蒸馏新工艺.The experimental study is focus on the heat imbalance in heat pump-membrane distillation process.The heat pump system heat balance is realized by using two vaccum membrane distillation modules and merging them into the liquid circulation flow path,so that they can respectively undertake the heat recovery and exclude excess heat.According to the test,it is found that the MDiz0o and MD2oo were the best dual membrane combination.The dual-membrane combination was used for continuous 8h salt-containing membrane distillation treatment,and the test results show that the dual-membrane-module combination can obtain stable and continuous operation of membrane distillation,with a total water yield of up to 1.9 L/h,and a maximum specific energy consumption of the system of up to 310 W.h/kg of water.The energy consumption performance is better than that of the membrane distillation process without heat recovery,and is comparable to the industrialized multi-effect membrane distillation process,which is expected to become a new low-energy membrane distillation process that can be applied industrially.
