摘  要:氧化还原液流电池是一种适用于大规模应用、安全稳定、绿色环保的长时储能技术。流道框是液流电池中的关键部件,具有提供电解液流道、支撑其他零部件和密封的重要作用,通常采用注塑成型。本文基于双色注塑工艺,设计了一款流道框与密封垫的一体化结构,该结构可以采用改性聚丙烯作为流道框本体材料,动态硫化热塑性弹性体作为密封垫材料,通过双色注塑工艺加工成型。本文还通过仿真分析确定了材料选型及注塑工艺的可行性,并进行了注塑试验,得到了翘曲度小于1 mm的理想流道框-密封垫一体化制品。最后,将该制品组装成单电池,经过40圈的充放电性能测试,结果显示电化学性能无衰减,且没有泄漏或变形现象。本文为储能液流电池流道框的大规模生产提供了新的设计与生产思路。Redox flow battery is a long-term energy storage technology which is suitable for large-scale applications,safe and stable,and environmental friendly.The fluid frame is a key component in the batteries,playing an important role in providing electrolyte flow through,supporting other components,and sealing.The fluid frame is made by injection molding usually.In this paper,a integrated design of fluid fame and sealing gasket of flow battery based on Bi-color injection molding process was presented.This structure can be processed and molded by Bi-color injection molding by using modified polypropylene as the frame body material and dynamic vulcanized thermoplastic elastomer TPV as the sealing gasket.In this paper,the feasibility of material selection and injection molding process is determined through simulation.The injection molding tests are carried out.An ideal fluid frame-sealing gasket integrated product with warpage less than 1 mm was obtained.Finally,the product is assembled into a single battery,and the electrochemical performance of the battery is stable and there is no leakage during the 40 cycles charge and discharge.This paper provides a new design and production idea for the large-scale production of fluid frame.
