摘  要:介绍了锂锰软包电池的组成、结构和特性。与扣式锂锰电池和柱式锂锰电池相比,锂锰软包电池在能量密度、脉冲电流、低温性能和个性化定制等方面具有显著优势。然而,锂锰软包电池在市场推广、产品标准化、生产成本等方面存在劣势。因此需要探讨锂锰软包电池的市场发展方向和改善方向。锂锰软包电池在有源RFID(无线射频识别)、ESL(电子货架标签)、9V电池、超薄电池和军品电池等领域具有广阔的市场前景,其中宽温性能、封装可靠性和性价比是锂锰软包电池需要改善的要素。通过对产品特性进行分析,可以帮助客户更好地了解锂锰软包电池,便于在产品设计时进行电源选型。对应用市场和改善方向进行探讨,为行业内的市场和技术人员提供参考。This paper introduced the composition,structure,and characteristics of lithium manganese pouch batteries.Compared with coin type lithium manganese batteries and cylindrical lithium manganese batteries,lithium manganese pouch batteries have significant advantages in energy density,pulse power,low-temperature performance,and personalized customization.The main disadvantages are insufficient market promotion,insufficient product standardization,and high production costs.Based on the advantages and disadvantages of the product itself,the market development direction and improvement direction of lithium manganese pouch batteries were discussed in the paper.Lithium-manganese flexible pouch batteries have a broad market prospect in the field of active RFID(radio frequency identification),ESL(electronic shelf labels),9V batteries,ultra-thin batteries and military batteries,etc.,in which the wide-temperature performance,package reliability and cost-effective lithium-manganese soft-packed batteries need to improve the elements.By analyzing the product characteristics,it can help customers better understand the lithium-manganese pouch battery,which is convenient for power supply selection in product design.The application market and improvement direction are discussed to provide reference for the market and technicians in the industry.
