某院临时采购抗病毒药品帕拉米韦的医嘱点评及分析

摘　　要：目的 通过对某院临时采购药品帕拉米韦的医嘱点评情况进行分析,为抗病毒药品和临时采购药品的合理应用提供参考.方法 通过合理用药系统提取2023年3月使用帕拉米韦氯化钠注射液的出院患者的医嘱,点评并分析结果.结果 使用帕拉米韦氯化钠注射液的出院患者共计307例,点评医嘱307例,点评率100%,合理医嘱299例,占比97.39%,不合理医嘱8例,占比2.61%.主要不合理问题包括不规范处方4例、用药不适宜处方3例和超常处方1例.结论 帕拉米韦氯化钠注射液医嘱不合理问题暴露出了医护人员工作的不严谨,针对批量临时采购药品应做好各个岗位的宣教工作,细化临时采购药品的监督管理,促进药品的精细化管理,保障患者的用药安全.Objective To analyze the medical order review of the temporarily purchased drug peramivir in a hospital,and to provide reference for the rational application of antiviral drugs and temporarily purchased drugs.Methods The medical advice of discharged patients who used peramivir in March 2023 was extracted by the rational drug use review system,and the results were reviewed and analyzed.Results A total of 307 discharged patients using Peramivir Sodium Chloride Injection,307 cases of medical advice review,with a 100%review rate,299 cases were reasonable medical advice,accounting for 97.39%,and 8 cases were unreasonable medical advice,accounting for 2.61%.The main irrational problems included 4 cases of irregular prescription,3 cases of inappropriate prescription of medication and 1 case of abnormal prescription.Conclusion The irrational problem exposes the lack of rigor in the work of medical staff.For the temporary purchase of drugs in batches,the rational drug use education work of each post should be done.The supervision and management of temporary procurement of drugs should be refined to protect the safety of patients.
