功能锻炼路径表+动机性心理访谈在中风恢复期患者中的应用观察

摘　　要：目的 探讨在中风恢复期患者中采用功能锻炼路径表+动机性心理访谈的效果.方法 选取2021年3月-2023年2月某院神经内科收治的中风恢复期患者94名作为研究对象,按照随机数字表法分为对照组与研究组,每组各47名.对照组给予常规护理模式,研究组在对照组基础上给予功能锻炼路径表+动机性心理访谈护理模式,比较两组心理状态[抑郁自评量表(SDS)评分、焦虑自评量表(SAS)评分]、康复锻炼依从率、肢体运动功能[简式Fugl-Meyer量表(FMA)评分]、护理满意度[纽卡斯尔护理服务满意度量表(NSNS)].结果 干预后,两组SDS、SAS评分均低于入院当天,且研究组上述指标评分低于对照组(P<0.05).干预后,研究组康复锻炼依从率(95.74%)高于对照组(P<0.05).干预后,两组FMA评分均高于干预前,且研究组高于对照组(P<0.05).干预后,研究组护理满意度(97.87%,46/47)高于对照组(80.85%,38/47)(P<0.05).结论 实施功能锻炼路径表+动机性心理访谈干预可显著改善中风恢复期患者的心理状态,提高康复锻炼依从性、肢体运动功能及护理满意度,值得借鉴.Objective To explore the effect of functional exercise pathway table and dynamic psychological interview on stroke patients in recovery period.Methods A total of 94 patients with stroke in the recovery stage admitted to the Department of Neurology of some hospital from March 2021 to February 2023 were selected as the research objects.According to the random number table method,the 94 patients were randomly divided into a study group and a control group,with 47 patients in each group.The control group was given routine nursing mode,and the study group was given functional exercise path table+dynamic psychological interview nursing mode on the basis of the control group.The psychological state[self-rating depression scale(SDS)score,self-rating anxiety scale(SAS)score],rehabilitation exercise compliance rate,limb motor function[simple Fugl-Meyer Scale(FMA)score]and nursing satisfaction[Neweastle Satisfaction with Nursing Scale(NSNS)]were compared between the two groups.Resul ts After intervention,the SDS and SAS scores of the two groups were lower than those on the day of admission,and the scores of the study group were lower than those of the control group(P<0.05).After intervention,the compliance rate of rehabilitation exercise in the study group(95.74%)was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).After intervention,the scores of FMA in the two groups were higher than those before treatment,and the scores of FMA in the study group was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).Afer the intervention,the nursing satisfaction of the study group(97.87%,46/47)was higher than that of the control group(80.85%,38/47)(P<0.05).Conc lus ions The implementation of functional exercise path table+dynamic psychological interview intervention can significantly improve the mental state of stroke patients in recovery period,improve the compliance rate of rehabilitation exercise,limb motor function and nursing satisfaction,which is worthy of reference.
