摘  要:目的 观察健康教育的实施是否有利于老年慢性阻塞性肺病(COPD)患者自我管理能力、满意度和依从性的提高.方法 以2021-2022年到合肥市第一人民医院就诊且患有COPD的80例老年患者为受试对象,随机分为教育组和对照组,对照组给予常规护理,教育组患者在对照组基础上执行由专业人员制定的健康教育计划,比较两组入院前后自我管理能力、症状强度、治疗依从性和满意度.结果 入院前,两组症状强度等结果无明显区别,干预后,各组自我管理评分明显提高,且教育组CAT得分明显小于另一组,肺功能指标均超过另一组.经过健康教育护理后,教育组的ARMS评分及TAI测试情况明显优于对照组,依从性更好,满意度更高.结论 通过健康教育可以成功地增强老年COPD患者的自我管理能力、满意度和依从性.Objective Observe whether the implementation of health education has a favorable impact on the upgradation of self-management ability,satisfaction and compliance of elderly patients with COPD.Methods 80 elderly with COPD who went to Hefei First People's Hospital from 2021 to 2022 were stochasticly separated into an education group and a control group,and the control group received routine care.On the basis of control group,the patients in the education group implemented the health education plan formulated by professionals,and compared the self-management ability,symptom intensity,treatment compliance and satisfaction between them before and after admission.Result Before admission,no clear difference in symptom intensity and other results existed between them.After intervention,their self-management scores apparently both improved.And the CAT score of the education group was apparently lower.All lung function indicators exceeded the other group.After receiving health education and nursing,the ARMS score and TAI test performance of the education group were significantly better,with better compliance and higher satisfaction.Conclusion Health education model can successfully enhance the self-management ability,satisfaction,and compliance of elderly COPD patients.
