小金胶囊联合左甲状腺素钠片对桥本氏甲状腺炎伴结节患者甲状腺抗体的临床干预效果分析

摘　　要：目的 分析在为桥本氏甲状腺炎(Hashimoto's thyroiditis,HT)伴结节患者实施治疗的过程中小金胶囊联合左甲状腺素钠片对其甲状腺抗体的干预效果.方法 此次试验研究随机在2021年1月-2022年12月之间于天津市中医药研究院附属医院接受HT伴结节治疗的患者中抽取62例开展试验研究,为了保证试验研究的公平性,以电脑随机分组法将患者分为试验组(n=31,治疗药物:小金胶囊+左甲状腺素钠片)与对比组(n=31,治疗药物:左甲状腺素钠片).结果 试验组患者治疗效果显著优于对比组患者,P<0.05;两组患者治疗前甲状腺抗体水平、甲状腺体积、甲状腺结节直径以及甲状腺功能、中医证候积分均无显著差异,P>0.05;治疗后试验组患者上述指标与对比组患者存在显著差异,P<0.05.结论 在为HT伴结节患者实施治疗的过程中,小金胶囊联合左甲状腺素钠片是一种相对较为理想的联合用药方案,对患者甲状腺抗体水平有着较好的干预效果,同时也改善了患者的甲状腺体积、甲状腺结节直径以及甲状腺功能等指标,减轻了患者的各种中医证候.Objective To analyze the effect of Xiaojin capsule combined with levothyroxine sodium tablets on thyroid antibody during the treatment of Hashimoto's thyroiditis(HT)patients with nodules.Methods A total of 62 patients who received HT with nodule treatment in the hospital from January 2021 to December 2022 were randomly selected to carry out the experimental study.For the fairness of the experimental study,the patients were divided into the experimental group by computer randomization method(n=31,treatment drugs:Xiaojin capsule+levothyroxine sodium tablets)and control group(n=31,treatment drug:levothyroxine sodium tablets).Results The treatment effect of the experimental group was significantly better than that of the control group,P<0.05;there were no significant differences in thyroid antibody level,thyroid volume,thyroid nodule diameter,thyroid function and TCM symptom score between two groups before treatment(P>0.05).After treatment,the above indexes in the experimental group were significantly different from those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion In the treatment of HT patients with nodules,Xiaojin capsule combined with levothyroxine sodium tablets is a relatively ideal combination of medication,which has a good intervention effect on the thyroid antibody level of patients,and also improves the thyroid volume,thyroid nodule diameter and thyroid function indexes of patients,and alleviates various TCM symptoms of patients.
