小针刀联合改良骶管注射治疗腰椎间盘突出症的效果研究

摘　　要：目的 研究在腰椎间盘突出症治疗中应用小针刀联合改良骶管注射的价值.方法 研究对象为扬州市广陵区李典镇中心卫生院收治的腰椎间盘突出症患者75例,纳入时间范围为2020年1月-2023年6月,实施抽签法,将38例患者纳入参考组,应用改良骶管注射治疗,将其余37例患者纳入研究组,实施小针刀联合改良骶管注射治疗,对两组治疗效果、临床指标、炎性因子、疼痛介质、不良反应进行比较.结果 研究组治疗有效率高于参考组;治疗后,参考组临床指标差于研究组;研究组治疗后炎性因子水平优于参考组;治疗后,参考组疼痛介质水平相比于研究组较差,差异具备统计学意义,P<0.05.研究组不良反应发生率和参考组相差有限,差异无统计学意义,P>0.05.结论 在腰椎间盘突出症治疗中实施小针刀联合改良骶管注射治疗,可以提高治疗效果,缓解疼痛水平,改善功能障碍,优化炎性因子以及疼痛介质水平,并且不会导致不良反应增加.Objective To study the value of using small needle knife combined with modified sacral tube injection in the treatment of lumbar disc herniation.Methods The study subjects were 75 patients with lumbar disc herniation admitted to Lidian Town Central Health Center,Guangling District,Yangzhou City,which were included in the time range from January 2020 to June 2023,and 38 patients were divided into a reference group and treated with modified sacral tube injection,and the remaining 37 patients were included in the research group,and the treatment effect,clinical indicators,inflammatory factors,pain mediators and adverse reactions of the two groups were compared.Results The treatment effectiveness rate in the study group was higher than that in the reference group.After treatment,the clinical indicators of the reference group were worse than those of the study group;the level of inflammatory factors in the study group after treatment was better than that in the reference group;after treatment,the level of pain mediators in the reference group was worse than that in the study group,and the difference was statistically significant,P<0.05.The incidence of adverse reactions in the study group and the reference group was limited,and the difference was not statistically significant,P>0.05.Conclusion The implementation of small needle knife combined with modified sacral tube injection in the treatment of lumbar disc herniation can improve the treatment effect,relieve pain level,improve dysfunction,optimize inflammatory factors and pain mediator levels,and do not lead to increased adverse reactions.
