中国特色社会主义协商民主的哲学特征及时代意义

摘　　要：中国特色社会主义协商民主是中国共产党从我国的基本国情出发,在领导全国各族人民实现人民民主的长期历史过程中形成和发展起来的一种具有鲜明中国特色的民主形式。中国特色社会主义协商民主具有协商主体的平等性、协商目的的人民性、协商原则的辩证性、协商要素的全面性等鲜明的哲学特征,具有坚守历史唯物主义的基本立场、弘扬中华优秀的传统文化精神、彰显民主政治的中国特色、贡献政治文明的中国智慧等时代意义。The consultative democracy of socialism with Chinese characteristics is a form of democracy with distinctive Chinese charac-teristics,which was formed and developed by the Communist Party of China in the long historical process of leading the people of all ethnic groups to realize people’s democracy from the basic national conditions of China.Chinese consultative democracy of socialism with Chinese characteristics has distinct philosophical characteristics such as equality of consultative subjects,people-oriented consul-tative purposes,dialectical consultative principles,and comprehensiveness of consultative elements.It has contemporary significance such as adhering to the basic position of historical materialism,promoting the excellent traditional cultural spirit of China,showcasing the Chinese characteristics of democratic politics,and contributing the Chinese wisdom of political civilization.
