摘　　要：某炼化公司炼油、化工装置C_(4)烃资源丰富,主要用于生产乙烯原料、烷基化油和MTBE(甲基叔丁基醚)。为了使C_(4)烃资源可以生产高附加值的产品,根据C_(4)烃成份组成,结合市场成本及投资分析,对目前C_(4)烃资源的综合利用及加工工艺提出可行性设想及建议。经过对比发现,利用C_(4)烃生产MTBE和1-丁烯投资少、效益高,因此提出了C_(4)烃资源的优化利用路线。Hengli refining and chemical plants have rich C_(4)hydrocarbon resources,which are mainly used to produce ethylene raw materials,alkylation oil and MTBE(methyl tert butyl ether).In order to make the most effective use of C_(4)hydrocarbon resources and produce products with higher added value,according to the composition of C_(4)hydrocarbon in Hengli Petrochemical,combined with market cost and investment analysis,feasible ideas and suggestions are put forward for the comprehensive utilization and processing technology of C_(4)hydrocarbon resources at present.Through comparison,it is found that the production of MTBE and 1-butene from C_(4)hydrocarbon of Hengli Petrochemical is of low investment and high benefit.Therefore,it is proposed that optimizing the existing processing technology can create higher value.
