摘 要:采用硝酸盐为金属源,在淀粉辅助下通过一步热分解法制备了介孔Co_(3)O_(4)-NiO催化剂,在三种不同升温速率条件下,用氢气程序升温还原(H_(2)-TPR)分析技术表征了催化剂的还原性能,计算出初始还原反应活化能为43.6 kJ·mol^(-1),而体相氧化钴和体相氧化镍催化剂的初始还原活化能分别为47.9 kJ·mol^(-1)和49.6 kJ·mol^(-1),介孔Co-Ni催化剂的还原活化能降低与催化剂表面的粒子分散度和相互作用有关.通过对其还原性质的研究,可以为H_(2)-TPR方法研究催化作用机理提供一定的参考.Mesoporous Co_(3)O_(4)-NiO catalyst was prepared by one-step thermal decomposition with the help of starch and nitrate as metal source.The reduction performance of the catalyst was characterized by hydrogen temperature programmed reduction(H_(2)-TPR)analysis under three different heating rates.The initial reduction activation energy was calculated to be 43.6 kJ·mol^(-1).The initial reduction activation energy of bulk phase cobalt oxide and bulk phase nickel oxide catalysts is 47.9 kJ·mol^(-1) and 49.6 kJ·mol^(-1),respectively.The decrease of the reduction activation energy of mesoporous Co-Ni catalyst is related to the particle dispersion and interaction on the catalyst surface.The study of its reductive properties can provide some reference for the study of catalytic mechanism by H_(2)-TPR method.
