摘 要:采用双高压预电离技术,通过改变放电区长度而产生的氩气等离子体射流清洗金属表面的油污.从清洗效果上看,放电区长度为6 cm时,存在着清洗的临界放电频率,一旦放电频率超过临界频率,清洗效果会大幅度改善.而放电区长度为10 cm时,并没有清洗的临界放电频率,清洗效果随着放电频率的升高而持续被改善.同时,在相同的放电频率下,放电区长度为10 cm的等离子体射流清洗效果优于放电区长度为6 cm的等离子体射流.对两种长度放电区产生的氩气等离子体射流的电子激发温度的检测发现,激发温度随放电频率的变化趋势与清洗效果的变化趋势很相似,说明电子激发温度所反映的电子碰撞机制在等离子体射流清洗过程中具有至关重要的作用.In this paper,the double high pressure pre-ionization technique is used to clean the oil on the metal surface by changing the length of two discharge zones with argon plasma jet.From the cleaning effect,when the length of the discharge zone is 6 cm,there is a critical discharge frequency for cleaning,and once the discharge frequency exceeds the critical frequency,the cleaning effect will be greatly improved.When the length of discharge zone is 10 cm,there is no critical discharge frequency for cleaning,and the cleaning effect is continuously improved with the increase of discharge frequency.At the same discharge frequency,the cleaning effect of plasma jet with discharge zone length of 10 cm is better than that of plasma jet with discharge zone length of 6 cm.The electron excitation temperature of the argon plasma jet produced in two discharge zones is found to be similar to that of the cleaning effect,indicating that the electron collision mechanism reflected by the electron excitation temperature plays a crucial role in the plasma cleaning process.
