摘 要:本文阐述了EACD的放电过程与作用机理,对试验过程中不同参数条件展开对比论述。围绕雾化电晕效果,探索在不同条件下,各影响因素对COD去除率的影响,通过调节试验参数,改良雾化电晕效果,增强有机污染物的降解效果。在原试验基础上进行一系列的改进,最终确定试验装置的最优试验参数,得出EACD运行的最佳工况条件:白钢雾化电极+铁材质集尘极,水流量为40 mL/min,放电电压12 kV,放电时间48 min, COD去除率可达91.24%。This paper describes the discharge process and action mechanism of EACD,and compares the different parameter conditions in the test process.Based on the atomizing corona effect,the influences of various influencing factors on COD removal rate under different conditions were explored.By adjusting test parameters,the atomizing corona effect was improved and the degradation effect of organic pollutants was enhanced.Based on the original test,a series of improvements were made to determine the optimal test parameters of the test device,and the optimal EACD operating conditions were obtained:white steel atomizing electrode+iron dust collector,water flow rate of 40 mL/min,discharge voltage of 12 kV,discharge time of 48 min,COD removal rate of 91.24%.
